Making Your Home Secure First
If a part has to be ordered, we don't leave you with an open garage. Our first priority is always getting the door safely closed and secured, then completing the permanent repair as soon as the part arrives.
For off-track doors we release the opener, support the door, and bring the rollers back into the tracks. Bent track sections and brackets are replaced so it doesn't happen again.
For broken springs and cables, which cause most emergency calls, the permanent fix is usually done on the spot because our vans carry the common sizes.
