I worked with Ali on our garage door on Wednesday night, September 23, 2026. Ali is highly experienced and professional. A previous garage technician told us to buy items, but Ali was honest to let us know that we didn't need the items. Ali fxed the garage door without letting us buy unnecessary materials. And the price was really affordable. Thanks a lot Ali. Your experience is unmatched. I recommend DPS Garage Doors anytime...

The technician Ali was very punctual and professional. The spring and two cables snapped, and he repaired it in record time. DPS Garage was recommended to me by a friend because they had good service and I would recommend my friends as well.

Quick, fast and professional, great job Ali! Thank you

Fast and friendly service from Naum. He went above and beyond taking care of every detail. Highly recommend him.

Came within 2 hours, fixed it quickly, answered all our questions, and helped out with fixing up areas that they were not even paid for. Super recommended

Ali came quick and address the issue swiftly. He explains the problem very well and gave me a reasonable quote. I like that they did not try to up sell any thing. Honest company, will try again next time.

I’ve reviewed a couple garage door companies, and unfortunately a lot of them are pretty bad.

Naum and DPS are an exception: very fast response, fair pricing, and a great warranty. Ali, who came out and did the work, was communicative, professional, and careful with his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them back in the future… They deserve the five star reviews.

Finally, a company that understands if you provide a great service for a fair price, the world will beat a path to your door.

We could not be happier with the final results of our garage door replacement. There were a few small communication hiccups along the way, but the quality of the work more than made up for it — honestly, above and beyond what we expected.

The attention to detail really stood out. They installed raised rails to accommodate our 12-foot ceiling, and the motor install is tight and clean — you can barely see it. Little touches like cutting the outer black metal trim to match our stone made a real difference in the finished look.

In my experience, that's what separates an average company from a great one: not just doing the job, but sweating the details that most people wouldn't even notice. That kind of craftsmanship is worth paying for, and it's exactly why we'd recommend them.

There are a lot things to say about this company specially to Naum, he’s the best. They have great service, fair prices and the most a quality product. We are so happy with the new garage door, it loos beautiful, also the garage door opener works perfectly. I want to thank also to Vitally, he has the work done on time. Also very professional, he makes sure to explain me and show me that everything we’re working the way supposed to. At the end of the work he clean up and took all the old garage door along with him.

We really appreciate the excellent job done.

Thank you

Ali was great. Excellent work.

DPS replaced our old rusted busted garage door in an afternoon as promised. The crew was polite, and very professional. DPS was able to source the exact 16*7 door with 2 window panels and schedule the installation in 2 days. A 5 year warranty is included. I would recommend DPS as a reputable firm.

Came home to the garage door sitting crooked in the opening with one of the rollers popped out of the track, and of course it wouldn't close. Found DPS and someone was out to our place in Barrhaven the same afternoon. He reset the door in the track, replaced two rollers and a bent hinge, then went along the whole track and retightened everything and rebalanced the springs so it wasn't dragging on one side anymore. Showed me the bent bracket before he swapped it. Written price up front and that's what I paid. Door closes straight and quiet now. Would use them again without thinking about it.

Very quick response and repair of my garage door. Extrememly friendly and knowledgeable technician. Very happy overall. Thank you!

When I noticed one of the cables on my garage door had broken, I phoned DPS in the late afternoon. The same evening Ali was at the house to replace the cable. Gratefull for the speed and quality of the service.

Ali was a fantastic technician and very knowledgeable. He was polite and respectful as well. Highly recommend.

Was able to replace garage door spring on a holiday long weekend (same day).

Ali was very professional and gave us advice on what he thought was best for the garage door. Very clean and precise work. Reasonable pricing. Thank you!

Ali was very professional and fixed my garage that same day it broke. He also took the time to inspect everything very thoroughly. Will definitely deal with the DPS again. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Outstanding service from Ali! He responded quickly, worked efficiently, and really knows his stuff. I especially loved that he wasn’t pushy at all—he just laid out the problem and the fix, gave me transparent pricing, and let me decide. No pressure tactics, just honest and careful work. Will definitely call him again if needed!

DPS Garage Doors was very responsive and came within an hour of our service call. The technician, Ali, was excellent. Very friendly, professional, and quickly repaired the broken cables and adjusted the door spring. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

When I first called, the person on the phone was extremely helpful and gave me a few quick fixes to try. While none worked, I really appreciated the effort.

They sent Ali over to inspect the door, and unfortunately, the board was fried; though 13 years was a good run! Ali installed a brand-new unit and had me up and running in no time at all.

To the owner: Ali is a fantastic asset to your company. He was kind, incredibly friendly, and left the workspace spotless when he was done. I know exactly who I’ll be calling if I ever have garage door issues in the future. Thanks again!

Our garage door's top panel bent midway last night, and we called DPS first thing on Sunday morning. Ali arrived right on time and had everything repaired within an hour. He did an outstanding job, patiently answered all our questions, and even reinforced the top panel with additional support. Highly recommended!

Ali came to fix our door. A very nice fellow who was efficient and polite. He had our garage door repaired in no time. I called and they came. A great response and a good company. Highly recommended.

Had a tension spring brake, could not use my garage door. Had another company look at the door and said it needed to be replaced. Then I called Naum and he was able to fix the door and showed how to lubricate and keep the door running smoothly. Naum said the door was in great shape and no need to replace, saving me thousands and we made a new friend.

Thank you, Naum.

Did a great job installing the new garage door.

Quick to respond and competitive and honest pricing.

I highly recommend them! I called in the morning to repair my broken garage door. The technician arrived at 4 PM to fix it. They even repaired the front door handle, which was faulty! Excellent and quick work...
